1. The service
Poses.ai turns your ideas into AI-generated video series: scripts, characters, storyboards and rendered episodes. You direct; the studio generates. Features, models and limits may evolve as we improve the service.
2. Your account & credits
Credits are the metering unit for generation. Plan credits reset to your plan's monthly allowance at each renewal and do not roll over. Top-up credits you buy can be used for 45 days from purchase and then expire. Credits are not redeemable for cash. Every charge is shown before you commit, and one-time actions are billed only once.
3. Your content, your rights
You own the output. Every frame, episode, character and script generated in your projects is yours to publish, monetize and adapt anywhere. You are responsible for the ideas and reference material you provide — submit only content you have the right to use. Publishing to the market authorizes us to distribute the selected finished exports or the explicitly confirmed design package, including its required connected sheets and design data. Purchased market designs remain licensed to their buyers: buyers may use and modify them in projects, including generated videos, but may not redistribute or resell the original files or design package. Acquirers retain their published cut or design version after unpublishing or source deletion and receive later published updates. A whole-project acquisition also includes future episodes published in that listing; it does not promise that unfinished episodes will be published. Ratings and comments are public. Authors can remove their own contributions, and creators can remove comments on their listings. Market earnings are credits usable in Poses.ai, with no cash withdrawal.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the studio to recreate copyrighted characters or franchises, impersonate real people, or produce unlawful, hateful or deceptive content. Our generation pipeline enforces originality locks, and we may refuse or remove content that violates our Content Policy.
5. Availability & liability
Generation depends on third-party AI providers, so occasional failures happen — failed paid actions are refunded in credits automatically. The service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
